Análisis de la percepción subjetiva del esfuerzo diferenciado y de la fatiga en distintos formatos de juegos reducidos en fútbol

Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la percepción subjetiva del esfuerzo diferenciado (dRPE) en distintos formatos de juegos reducidos (JR) de 4 vs. 4 variando tanto el tamaño del terreno de juego como la duración de los descansos entre repeticiones en fútbol. También se analizó la pérdida de rendimiento en sprint de 5 y 15 m y la capacidad de cambio de dirección (CODA) con y sin balón.

En el estudio participaron 46 jugadores de fútbol que competía en las categorías de División de Honor, Tercera Regional y Segunda Regional juvenil. Se observó una pérdida de rendimiento en el sprint 5 m (p < 0,05, Dif. = 3,88%, TE = 0,82, alto) y, aunque no significativa, en el test 505 sin balón tras la realización del JR1 (p > 0,05, TE = 0,8 alto). Posiblemente un menor espacio con poco tiempo de recuperación pueda provocar una mayor pérdida de rendimiento en el sprint de 5 m y en el test 505 sin balón.
