Abstract

In its literary journey, the essay presented aims to stimulate introspective capacity by reviewing and analyzing documentary sources and bibliographic resources prepared by recognized institutions and international organizations for the protection of the human rights of children and adolescents, among these, we can mention UNICEF, UNFPA, CEPAL, SAVE THE CHILDREN and IIN.
In addition, weighing action protocols and theoretical inputs that guide professional practices prepared by government agencies such as Ministries or Secretaries of State.
In effect, its object of study is to carry out a theoretical outline transverse to the complexities of intrafamilial sexual abuse, both with regard to its unveiling and the judicial reception of the story of children and adolescents.
