This research aims to analyze and guide policy makers, technical staff and activists in the effective inclusion of women with disabilities in the design of public employment policies. The main theme was the United Nations Human Rights Treaties of reference: the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, CEDAW, and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, CDPD; and on the other hand, the II Manifesto of the Rights of Women and Girls with Disabilities of the EU, whose content has been the vehicle element on which to articulate my critical analysis of public employment policies in Disability and Gender.
