Legal Protection of the Ambient Air from Pollution in the Republic of Bulgaria: Current Problems

Resumen

This scientific study is dedicated to the legal protection of the ambient air in the Republic of Bulgaria. Its actuality is related to increasing degradation of this natural resource on a national and global level. The attention is paid to the legal measures for its protection according to special and general Bulgarian environmental legislation as well as to liability for infringement of the legislation. Finally, some general conclusions and recommendations are given from the examined regulation.
