Abstract

The construction of collective dismissal is constantly subject to transformations in the labor market. In light of this situation, a review is presented of the current and comprehensive work published by Laborum in 2024, titled “Collective Dismissal in a Context of Permanent Transformation.” This work aims to critically study the institution of collective dismissal to offer new solutions to the deficiencies it presents in the market and in response to the transposition of Community Directive 98/59.
