Morphology and anatomy of fruits and seeds of two European species of Parentucellia have been studied. The results show the taxonomic value of morphoanatomical data as the two species, P. viscosa (L.) Caruel and P. latifolia (L.) Caruel can be distinguished by fruit and seed characters. Dispersal systems are briefly discussed.
