Abstract

This text is a reflection on the current value of the Company (CSR)- as a cross-cutting discipline worthy of special study in the context of social and legal sciences. The treatment of this issue involves various (economic, social and environmental) approach, and covers different areas of knowledge. Although, it should mean that from a (its) legal perspective, CSR has gained greater relevance as necessary to establish that a company has a good corporate governance model qualitative budget. All this is has become clear, especially because of the recent policy reforms carried out in our legal system. In this regard, it should be seen as positive, progressive integration of this value in the field of Business Law, in order to foster the paradigm of good governance, linked to transparency and responsible entrepreneurship. To this end, each organization or company must prove compliance with the mandatory standards, and, further, it is necessary to adopt specific commitments on social and environmental responsibility, according to dictate its own system of self-regulation and compliance.
