This article deals with the language used in the tourism field. This is carried out in order to approach in depth this particular language from the contrastive and translational perspective from the Italian to Spanish. The specific scope of this analysis consists in studying tourist brochures and online guides created by national and regional entities, such as Le Cinque Terre.
Through a series of significant examples that have been drawn from official websites, we have scrutinized the excrescences of transfer that are faithful to the discursive typologies hybridization inherent to tourism transfer text, translation strategies and the cure of recurring errors because of the affinity between both the two languages.
