The research Determinants of Performance in Paralympic Sports was conducted during 2024 at Universidad Católica Luis Amigó. A total of 62 athletes with disabilities from Antioquia, Colombia, were assessed, aiming to quantitatively analyze the psychosocial and motor-physical determinants related to their performance. Through evaluations using a questionnaire, the CPRD, anthropometric measures, CMJ, strength measurement, and flexibility assessment, it was identified that although they perceive physical and emotional barriers to practicing their sport, Paralympic athletes exhibit motor-physical conditions similar to their non-disabled peers, which may explain their positive results in sports at the national and international levels.
