Training proposal: small side games for university football player

The objective of this proposal is to design a training plan based on small sided games for tactical-technical performance in university footballers supported by modeling and structured microcycles with a progression from games three versus three, to nine versus nine, ending with exercises of eleven versus eleven on six microcycles. Thus, the load parameters that govern the plan are the following: frequency, three sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday; 18 in total); volume, 57 reps (two to four per session, six to twelve per week), 684 minutes (28 to 48 per session, 84 to 144 per week); complexity, 14,184 load units, 320 to 1,120 per session, 960 to 3,360 per week.
