Abstract

This article will explain and divulgate how the CEAS (Common European Asylum System) works, its reform and relation with the Spanish context. It takes into account the set of rules and last reforms undertaken and the international and European standards related to, underlining their opportunities, needs and deficiencies. It will explains the concordance with the Spanish context and how works its application into the legal system. Finally, it will give some examples of good practises related to it
