Analysis of health social work in the Alcoy Health Department

Abstract

Health social work is largely unknown, both in the generic field of the profession and in the health field, so it is relevant to give it visibility and enable teamwork that allows providing comprehensive care to the user.
The purpose of the study is twofold, on the one hand, to contextualize what health social work is to make this professional figure visible; and on the other hand, the research itself, consisting of analyzing the data extracted from Alumbra, to identify relevant aspects of the intervention carried out by health social work and that serve as a launch pad to incorporate improvements.
