The pandemic derived from the SARS-CoV-2 disease has revealed the extreme vulnerability of homeless people, not only rough sleepers, but also those who spend the night on reception centers. Despite this greater visibility, the reality of these people continues to be a mystery, especially when focusing on the heterogeneity of this group.
The aim of this paper is to contribute to a greater visibility of the reality of LGTBI homeless people, as well as to offer an intervention proposal, based on housing models, which is adapted to the needs of this group. This proposal consists of five phases, starting with the welcome of the person and ending with the independent way out of the social housing. As a final phase, an evaluation is included. This evaluation measures the quality of this intervention approach. At the end of the paper the conclusions are detailed.
