Abstract

Health Social Work carries out individual, group and community interventions with
different groups, such as people with DCNO. The Integrated Care Process (PAI) for
DCNO of the Andalusian Health Service (SAS) establishes that we collaborate in the
development of the Individualized Comprehensive Therapeutic Plan (PTI), also implementing actions related to other Strategies: Patient Safety, Stop Benzodiazepines,
Healthy Lifestyle Habits… In the Clinical Management Unit (UGC) of the Guadalquivir
District and North Health Area of Almería, I have been referred patients with DCNO
for group interventions because they improve their health and prevent the appearance of new health problems: they reduce the morbidity rate. This article presents a
methodological proposal based on practical experience that demonstrates benefits
for patients and requires knowledge of a common language related to DCNO.
