Keywords:
Family, prevention, conflict, recovery, behaviorAbstract
This article deals with the psychosocial and psychotherapeutic intervention carried out by the Nayfa Program (Preventive program for children and adolescents in situations of difficulty and/or conflict in the family environment), whose purpose is to
improve family dynamics, extinguishing conflicts arising between different members of the family, which can become chronic and limiting in the recovery of adequate and positive family relationships.
To this end, special attention is paid to the situation in which the children and adolescents assisted are, since on many occasions, disruptive behaviors on the part of children and adolescents have their origin in a situation of discomfort in the family
environment.
In addition, with the implementation of the Nayfa Program, the aim is to provide support to parental figures who have deficits in relation to the upbringing of their children, which hinders a safe and healthy family dynamic.
Any improvement in family relationships will increase the probability of avoiding conflict situations in other contexts, which could lead to the recovery of families that would not have to be attended by other services and teams whose intervention is
focused on more serious situations.
