Abstract

The concepts of norm and nature form an important part of the categorical core of the moral world. The abundant literature on both of them testifies to their relevance. Here we are going to deal with the subject in two specific meanings: a) that of norm in the traditional sense of lex naturae and b) that of naturam sequi, imitating nature, a Stoic formula that has acquired notoriety in environmental ethics.
