Abstract

In Más que posthumano, transhumano (2025), María Asunción Herrera Guevara analyzes transhumanism from a philosophical and ethical perspective, considering intergenerational and interspecific justice. Through narrative methodology, she addresses the implications of technological enhancement, posthumanism and critical transhumanism. The author argues that scientific-technological development should be governed by principles of justice that include all sentient beings, rejecting anthropocentrism and promoting an ecofeminist and sustainable approach.
