Rugby is a competitive sport with a high risk of injury, influenced by physical and psychological factors such as the perception of well-being, little studied in this population. Objective: To describe the relationship between the risk of lower limb sports injuries and the perception of well-being before and after competition in male rugby players of a University Institution of Santiago de Cali, 2024. Methodology: For data collection, assessments were made before and after the competition, risk of injury was evaluated with Y Balance Test (YBT), and perception of well-being with Hooper's Index. Results: Eleven athletes participated, a positive and statistically significant correlation was found between the risk of injury to the right lower limb and the level of perception of fatigue before the competition (p = 0.021). Conclusions: No significant differences were found before and after competition in most of the variables studied.
