The present research was carried out with the objective of Analyzing technical-biomechanical criteria in the Baseball Pitching to optimize the technique. Descriptive case study with a 17-year-old subject segregated from Baseball due to chronic elbow pain and consequent decrease in performance. According to technical-biomechanical criteria, a description of 4 phases of the launch was generated, considering Phase 1: Preparation; Phase 2 Impulse Step and as a specific contribution to this study; Phase 3 “Formation of the crossed axes” and Phase 4 “Inverted L formation towards ball release”. The photogrammetric method was used with the support of three-dimensional (3D) videography using qualitative (Likert scale) and quantitative approaches (“Human v 5.0” program). Kinematic variables were quantified in a pre- and post-test. Results: The intervention optimized the launch, in terms of the process (geometry of movement), showing an increase in the translational and rotational speed of the body, resulting in an increase in miles: pre-test: 76.05 miles/hour to post-test: 84.64 miles/hour). Additionally, the correctives applied based on the established key criteria resulted in a less harmful action for the shoulder and elbow, demonstrating cessation of pain coupled with improvement in execution and performance.
