Abstract

The social-cognitive process of scientific research is approached within the economic theory vault, an alternative view to the dominant explanations about the scientific knowledge in sociology and anthropology. How the individual interest play a role in scientific decisions and in the construction of scientific method and knowledge are ideas discussed here.
