About the Journal

The Revista Practicum is an international open-access scientific publication dedicated to the systematic study, empirical research and innovation on practicums and external placements, where students are confronted with professional contexts outside the academic context and the educational institution.

Its objective is to analyse these learning and teaching processes for students in all areas of knowledge (health sciences, sciences, engineering, social sciences, and humanities) and at all levels of higher education and vocational training.

As a global journal, it publishes original contributions in three languages (Spanish, English and Portuguese), promoting the transfer of knowledge between the academic world and the international labour market. All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, ensuring the highest standards of scientific quality and editorial ethics.
