Abstract

Introduction High performance sport has been characterized as an area of study in which different professionals such as doctors, physiotherapists, physical trainers, technicians are involved in the search for athletes who have outstanding movement qualities and who can develop a physical state above average. Athletes with superior physical abilities develop morphological and functional adaptations to the application of a specific load that develops peaks of adequacy, achieving benefits in increasing movement capacities through the follow-up and monitoring of the load in relation to the type of exercises used Methodology A review of the literature was carried out based on the following DeCS terms: Resistance training, strength training, optimizer training, coadjuvant training, physical abilities, performance, Rehabilitation, return to sport, training methodology Results it was possible to show that the factors Anatomy, biomechanics, tissue healing, prescription, exercise physiology, therapeutic exercise, training methodology and load adaptation combined with movement variables that influence the construction of exercises in rehabilitation and sports readaptation. or human body Conclusion The design, creation and evolution of exercises in rehabilitation, redaptation and sports training must be based on a systematic process of interaction of variables that allow the creation of relationship matrix and radar graphs generating data analysis and creation of profiles by skills and type of exercises
