Abstract

From Antiquity, Human Body has been seen and felt with fascination, curiosity and declared admiration. So, it's no strange its reiterative projection over Architecture throughout History, generating conspicuous and splendid interpretations on the part of physicians, philosophers, theorists and artists who have approached to knowledge of Body with
sensibility and solicitude. It's known how at the present day, society
renders homage to Body in several aspects. So, this essay presents a  true "resurrection of flesh", expressed itself by means of somatic, literary and real constructions.
