Abstract

This text studies the work and writings of Malévitch from the beginning of his career until 1913; we analyse how he seeked soon a new way of representation which broke with the established rules and how he achieved it after knowing the russian futurist poets. After that, we studied his work for the opera La Victoire sur le Soleil (1913) and the influence that it had on his own production and on the art of the time.
