Abstract

Although change is part of the teaching profession, there are ways and means of experiencing it: as the Spanish saying goes, cada maestrico con su librico, every teacher has their own book, theis own method. This "book" is based not only on the essential theories, but also on the many practical experiences contrasted with reality. And although it is true that each teacher has a particular way of speaking, listening, accompanying and teaching, it is no less true that nowadays, being sheltered only by a "book" is becoming rather poor.
